How to Make Payment?

Option 1 : Direct Bank Transfer  

Please add the items you intend to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

At the checkout point, choose the option for “Direct Bank Transfer”. Please transfer the correct amount to account number  shown and email us ( myroyalrae@gmail.com ) with  the following details :

We will verify your payment transaction and an email notification will be send to you before delivery.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any wrong payment transfer.

Option 2 : Pay Pal

We also accept Pay Pal payments. Rest assured that this is a secure channel and even if you do not have a Pay Pal account, you can still use Pay Pal to pay for your purchase as long as you have a credit card.

 

Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked exchange policy. If you change your mind with your order for any reason, you can exchange it for an item (we do not give refunds if the item exchanged for is of lower value and a top-up is needed if the item exchanged for is of higher value).

The item should be in its original packaging when possible and not used or exposed to cigarette smoke or pet fur. You pay the shipping to get it back to us (you may want to have the item insured/ registered when shipping) and pay SGD 5 (for Singapore addresses) for the shipping of the exchanged item. If you are an overseas customer (non Singapore based) please contact us for the shipping charges to send the exchanged item.

We will send the exchanged item once we receive both item returned and shipping charges for reshipping.

Product Defect

We will accept product return due to defects within 14 days if the defect is a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse. If it is a manufacturing defect, we provide you with an exchange voucher or repair the said defect. We may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to repair the defect.
