June Holiday Activities: Yo Ho..Let’s be Jake and the Neverland Pirates

I think I am tagging this activity as one of my must dos this holidays with B. She loves Jake and the Neverland Pirates and it only Jake or Mickey who can rouse her up from her afternoon nap (yes, it’s our secret weapon when we want her to wake up …in a good mood).

I going to angle it as discovering the real world of Jake (yeah, I have to angle it or else how am I going to explain it when she asks – where Jake, Izzy, Cubby and Scully? Where’s the fairy dust? Yep… probably going to tell her that we are also going to learn how Bucky works (for the uninitiated, Bucky is the name of Jake’s ship who has a personality of her own) and she will get to steer a ship! The Gallery’s ship bridge simulator gives you the chance to steer and berth different types of ships under various conditions.
