Ok… I know Christmas is over… but it was just over, so perhaps it’s not overly late to write about this very original Christmas set up I chanced upon at Mt Alvenia hospital.
It’s was made by the Rehabilitaion Centre staff and I thought it was truly a labour of love.
Except for the figurines, everything was put together with a lot of thought. The grass is actually wheat grass growing fresh from a little tray. The boulders you see in the background was white paper coloured with coffee… and they used the old palm fronds to make the stable.. scattered some granite pebbles and it’s just beautiful!
The staff even humoured me with the full works – she put a flashing torch light in the corner of the manger and ta dah! There was even mood lighting!
